Trouble Mounts for Popular Front of India (PFI) which is under the scanner for its role in violence during the anti CAA protests in several parts of the country. The Ministry of Home Affairs has come out with funding details of the PFI. ED probe has revealed that 27 bank accounts in the name of PFI and about Rs 120 crore were deposited in 73 accounts to dodge the investigations.
Meanwhile, Sambit Patra has alleged that lawyers Kapil Sibal and Indira Jaising was paid by the PFI.
