KongNaMul Bokkeum (Stir Fried Soybean Sprout Side Dish)

Ingredients: 1 bag of soybean sprouts (1 1/2 pounds) Don't
forget to wash it at least couple of times. ;)
1 small round sliced onion
3-4 bunch of sliced green onion
2 tablespoon of minced garlic
3-4 tablespoon of soy sauce to your taste
2-3 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon of red pepper powder
Ground black pepper to your taste
Optional: 1 teaspoon of Mirin or 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
I would use left over for bibimbap by adding some rice, red
pepper paste (gochujang), fried egg and minced kimchi, table
spoon of sesame oil and tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds.
You can also add some fried tofu on top as a meat substitute. :)
You can also add vermicelli noodle and have instant pasta meal, yay!
