If you live in Lycoming, Potter, Tioga, or Union Counties and were impacted by Tropical Storm Debby on August 9-10, you are now eligible to apply for assistance from FEMA.
A Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) opened Monday in Union County at the Union County Resource Center, 480 Hafer Road in Lewisburg.
Survivors from the four impacted counties in South and Central Pennsylvania can visit any DRC to receive assistance.
