चिली गार्लिक फ्राईड राईस करण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १०~१२ लसूण पाकळ्या
• १ चमचा लाल तिखट
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• १ मोठा चमचा तेल
• १/४ कप / ४० ग्रॅम / १ मध्यम आकाराचा बारीक चिरलेला कांदा
• १/४ कप / ४१ ग्रॅम स्वीट कॉर्न
• १ बारीक चिरलेला टोमॅटो
• १ बारीक चिरलेली ढोबळी मिरची
• चिमूटभर मीठ
• १/४ चमचा काळी मिरपूड
• १/२ चमचा तेल
• १ बाउल शिजलेला भात
• १ चमचा टोमॅटो सॉस (ऐच्छिक)
• १/४ चमचा लाल तिखट
• १/२ चमचा बटर (ऐच्छिक)
• चवीनुसार मीठ
•बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर

Let’s see how to make chili garlic fried rice today. This is a very easy and simple recipe. This is so quick that if you have rice ready with you, this you can make it in a jiffy!! It is a delicious way to finish off the leftover rice!! If you are bored of having fodnicha bhat or tawa pulav, then this is a good option for you. It can be a one dish meal after a long tiring day. Also, bachelors also can make it if they want to have something delicious yet easy and to make!! It not only looks nice but also tastes super delicious. Try this recipe at home and write to me. Ingredients:
• 10~12 Garlic cloves
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 1/4 cup / 40 gm / 1 medium size finely chopped Onion
• 1/4 cup / 41 gm sweet Corn
• 1 finely chopped Tomato
• 1 finely chopped Capsicum
• A pinch of Salt
• 1/4 tsp black Pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp Oil
• 1 bowl cooked Rice
• 1 tsp Tomato sauce (Optional)
• 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
• 1/2 tsp Butter (Optional)
• Salt to taste
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
• Pound garlic, red chili powder and salt well together into coarse paste in mortar and pestle.
Thecha is ready.
• You can use fresh red chilies in place of red chili powder.
• You can blend it in mixer if you want.
• Heat up oil in a pan and add onion.
• Fry it well for about 2-3 minutes until onion turns soft.
• Add sweet corn and fry for just about 3-4 minutes.
• Add tomato, capsicum and salt and fry it well together for about 3-4 minutes.
• Add black pepper powder and mix well.
• Move the veggies along the edge of the pan and add a little oil at the center.
• Add the thecha and fry it well for about a minute.
• Take the thecha out into a bowl and keep it aside.
• Move the veggies into the center and add cooked rice.
• Add thecha, tomato sauce, red chili powder and butter and mix everything well together.
• Adding tomato sauce and butter is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
• Add salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
• Fry it for few minutes and chili garlic rice is ready.
• You can have it as it is.
