At the request of the subscriber, I checked the performance in 1080p on LOW graphics settings with 100% Render Scale WITHOUT RECORDING!:
1) First cut-scene averages 35 frames per second.
2) Second scene in the forest and the chase - at least 33 fps and increased to an average of 38-45 fps, respectively.
