"It's definitely significant in many ways that the striker platform has been brought to the Korean Peninsula over the Bradleys and tanks that were here formally, I think as we've seen in the recent events that the striker is very well suited to fight in the complex urban terrain and complex rugged terrain that exists here in the Korean Peninsula. Because of the rapid maneuver ability that we have as a wheel platform, we can deploy quickly to any area of operations within the peninsula in a very short period of time."
6. Various of troops in drills in the snow
STORYLINE:
South Korea and the United States held a combined military exercise in Paju, South Korea, on Friday.
The drills involved the "Army Tiger Demonstration Brigade," which has been created to support the South Korean Army's integration and use of Industry 4.0 technologies.
Friday's exercise demonstrated tactical maneuver of armored vehicles, tactical training of squad and attack and defense of platoon.
