This animation has been adapted by the Health Quality & Safety Commission New Zealand to help patients stay safer in hospital.

It was adapted and developed by Haelo, an innovation and improvement centre in Salford, England, in partnership with Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. It is based on the airline-style safety card and video developed by the trust.
