In Part 2 of the Lemons to Lemonade series I recondition the Atlas GP40 trucks, install a speaker and the Walther's Proto GP20 DCC Sound Decoder. The GP40 is then test run on the layout.
In this Lemons to Lemonade series I take 2 non-functioning locomotives and using parts of each, build 1 good DCC with sound locomotive.
