Located in Imo State, the NB Awo-Omamma Brewery was one of the 3 Breweries that belonged to the former Consolidated Breweries Plc which were acquired by Nigerian Breweries Plc following the merger of both companies in December 2014.
The plant produces a variety of NB products, including the very popular Life lager beer.
The two other breweries acquired are located in Ijebu-Ode and Makurdi (now a distribution centre)
