Good day learners! This is Easy Engineering. For today’s topic we are going to learn how to solve for the perimeter and area of a semicircle.
On our previous video, we already discussed what is circle and how to solve for the circumference and area of a circle. Let’s have a quick recap first before we proceed to our topic.
Circle is a set of point that are equidistant or the same distance from the center point.
Circles have different parts and we will just discuss some basic parts of the circle that is very useful in finding the perimeter and area of a circle and a semi circle.
First part is the center point. Center point is the point inside the circle that is the same distance from each point on the circle.
