Today (Day 2) in Bangkok, Thailand, I took a ride on the streets of Bangkok to see what the traffic and the Lock Down looked like in Thailand's largest city. With a possible curfew coming anytime from the Thai Government, I wanted to see if essential services were still open. I recorded video on a side Soi (street), and a larger street. There is traffic on the roads, but the traffic has diminished substantially since the lock down began in Thailand. My main purpose for being on the streets of Bangkok was to get food. I did that successfully. However, I used extreme caution while I was out. I wore a mask, gloves, practiced social distancing, and used hand sanitizer several times. Additionally, if you are an expat or tourist, who is worried about penalties for visa overstays, please check with your local immigration office for their rules on the matter. Stay safe!
