Hot chocolate by Kahkow
Ingredients
• 400 ml milk or water
• 82g/ 3oz Kahkow dark chocolate (62%)
• 10g/ 2 tsp brown cane sugar
• 4g / 1 tsp cacao powder
• 1 cinnamon stick
• Freshly grated nutmeg
• A pinch of salt
Preparation:
1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together all the ingredients.
2. Warm the mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently, until it comes to a gentle simmer, about 4 to 7 minutes.
3. Remove the hot chocolate from the heat. Pour the hot chocolate into a mug, top with any desired garnishes, and serve while hot.
