This FAST, DELICIOUS and HEALTHY Sesame Crusted Tuna is light, juicy, and easy to make. Prepare in less than 10 minutes with red onions, tomatoes, cilantro, olive oil, sesame seeds, mustard seeds, rosemary, avocado, oregano, sesame oil, lemon, salt, and pepper. INGREDIENTS
3 TUNA steaks
½ cup of RED ONIONS
½ cup of TOMATOES
½ cup of CILANTRO
½ cup of SESAME SEEDS
½ cup of MUSTARD SEEDS
½ cup of ROSEMARY
½ of an AVOCADO
1 tablespoon of OREGANO
2 tablespoons of SESAME OIL
2 tablespoons of OLIVE OIL
1 LIME (juice)
1 teaspoon of SALT
1 teaspoon of PEPPER
INSTRUCTIONS
PICO DE GALLO: Mix ½ cup RED ONION, ½ cup TOMATOES, ½ cup CILANTRO, 1 tablespoon OLIVE OIL, 1 teaspoon SALT, ½ teaspoon PEPPER and squeeze ½ LEMON.
Chop ½ AVOCADO and place the PICO DE GALLO on top.
Mix ½ cup of SESAME SEEDS, ½ cup of MUSTARD SEEDS and ½ cup of ROMERO. Put 1 tablespoon of SESAME OIL on the TUNA and sprinkle the mixture.
Preheat the iron to the HIGHEST temperature. Place 1 tablespoon of SESAME OIL and place the TUNA 1 minute on both sides.
Serve with the avocado and pico de gallo.
To enjoy a delicious and balanced dinner add brown rice.
