I can't install the campaign for some reason. There's the option to install, but I get the following error message:

I purchased Asia Version Ps5 but used a NA PSN account.

Just Create a New PSN Account & Select the country India or Hongkong instead of the United States also, when you are signing up for the Activision account also, choose your location Hongkong Problem Solved.
