Anumula Revanth Reddy was administered the oath of office by Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan at a glittering ceremony in Hyderabad before a crowd of nearly one lakh. To attend the swearing-in of the first Congress CM in the history of Telangana, the entire top leadership of the party was in attendance - Sonia Gandhi, Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi. The people of Telangana too joined in the celebrations even as it was a new dawn in the history of the youngest state in India.
