The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency holds an annual ceremony in conjunction with National POW/MIA Recognition Day, recognizing those still missing from past American conflicts and naming those who have been accounted for each year. The ceremony is held at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific.
