Bought in a discount bin, this ancient Chinese bowl over 1,000 years old, bought for $3 dollars, sold for over $2 million dollars.
Once in a while we hear of these stories. Some item bought for a few dollars, turns out to be a collectible worth a small fortune.
I wonder how many of us have went by flea markets, garage sales, and the like and passed on items we didn't even know were valuable. Or more likely when cleaning our homes, we tossed away items that could of had value.
I know in this story example, if I bought this bowl, I'd probably have thrown it out at some point, thinking it had no value. I guess many of us would.
And the things that I think are valuable, would probably not be worth much.
Talk about a super bowl, good for the sellers in this story.
If only all of us could be so lucky like this story example and find such a hidden treasure.
