What is a PMO Methodology & how to use it?

In this video, we're going to talk about PMO Methodology and how the industry confuses this term. First thing you need to know is that there are 3 main components to a PMO Methodology. The include:

1. Build a PMO
2. Run a PMO
3. Shutdown a PMO

The first step is “Build a PMO” which means putting in place all the necessary resources for your PMO to function correctly.

The second step is called “Run a PMO” which means making sure everything is running smoothly within your company's organizational structure by monitoring progress against project plans/timelines while keeping track of any changes made along th way.

Finally, the third step and sometimes this happens you need the steps to "Shutdown" a PMO properly.
