New Advanced Diploma Synoptic (ADSY) assessment specification
From the September synoptic sitting (Monday 13 September–Sunday 19 September 2021), the Advanced Diploma Synoptic will no longer assess Spreadsheets for Accounting (SPSH). It will continue to assess learning outcomes from:
Advanced Bookkeeping (AVBK)
Final Accounts Preparation (FAPR)
Management Accounting: Costing (MMAC)
Ethics for Accountants (ETFA).
The contribution of the synoptic assessment towards the overall qualification grade will remain unchanged (35%).
The assessment duration will be two hours, 30 minutes. (The previous version, AVSY, was three hours.)
