10 MIN POSTURE FIX/upright position for too much sitting/no equipment
We all know it sitting too much is a human habit. I came up with this workout to strengthen and tighten your neck, back and shoulders. It fixes your posture and reduces back pain. You'll feel relaxed and chilled after the routine.

The workout is in full length. Just follow what I am doing. I will guide you along. I recommend using a yoga mat or towel to get comfortable.
For results I recommend to repeat this workout regularly. Don't forget to switch and mix workouts.
