Does your ganache doesn't set well and runny even after keeping it for long hours!!
Here is the best tip to set your ganache in just 10 minutes 🙌
Sharing my ganache tip with you all ❤️
1- Always melt your Chocolate and let it cool down a bit.
2- Use chilled fresh cream and add it to the melted chocolate.
3- Mix well and leave it for 6-8 minutes on kitchen counter and your ganache is ready to work with in no time!!
4- Never heat your cream and chocolate together
High temperature can leads to separate the butter from the chocolate and makes it runny.
5-This method works on 1:1 ratio as well.
