List of ingredients:
Marinate:
Chicken breast or pork (thinly sliced)
1 tsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water
2 cups of water
Chicken stock
Ginger
Marinated chicken or pork
Bokchoy stalks (cook for 30 seconds)
Bokchoy leaves (cook for another 30 seconds)
Salt and pepper to taste
