In a big blow to Delhi minister Satyendar Jain, a local court on Friday said there is "prima facie sufficient evidence" against him in the chargesheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate to show that he and his associates had "utilised" hawala funds to buy agricultural lands in and around the national capital. Citing the sacking of TMC Minister Partha Chatterjee, who was arrested in a multi-crore school job scam, BJP has mounted pressure on CM Kejriwal and AAP for "being soft" on Minister Satyendar Jain.
