Matt's Big Breakfast
If you don't know where Matt's Big Breakfast is, no problem. Simply look for the long trail of chatting, slightly restless men and women lined up outside the small cafe on First Street. This is the city's most popular breakfast destinations, especially on the weekends.

Try the Hog and Chick, two eggs with your choice of thick-cut bacon, country sausage, or off-the-bone ham.

The breakfast menu might not be the biggest in town, but the kitchen's use of farm-fresh ingredients makes this one of the tastiest

Another breakfast place I high recommend with cozy neighborhood atmosphere is Breakfast Kitchen Bar at North Scottsdale. This place has a laid-back yet hip vibe, where we can get all the choices for an American breakfast.

The Churchill
If you are looking for an open air space to have a great chill meet up with friends, may I suggest The Churchill.

Located in the heart of Roosevelt Row, Downtown Phoenix’s Artist’s District, The Churchill is a locally focused community gathering space and home to ten small businesses: four restaurants, two bars, one wine shop, and three retail shops.

The area covers 9,000 square foot courtyard intended for dining, drinking, socializing and learning.
The space combines food, beverage, and retail with arts, music, and community in an urban development with a shared courtyard intended to inspire local connections and add creative experiences to an already vibrant community.

Nu-Towne Saloon
Nu-Towne Saloon is an East Phoenix gay bar landmark and grand dame of the scene first opened near the equally historic Tovrea Castle in 1971 and has survived a lot of drama throughout its four-decade lifespan. We're talking recessions, the fickleness of LGBT crowds, and even a massive fire that completely wiped out its interior in 2010.  I found the bar very unpretentious, full of fun kitschy and antique decor, the bartenders give you generous liquor pours, the drinks are inexpensive, the clientele is diverse and friendly; 

Pizzeria Bianco
Pizzeria Bianco has been raved about for many years now, with good reason!  Chef Chris Bianco has built his establishment into a Phoenix staple.

To say the least, Pizzeria Bianco is a well-reviewed, well-loved and die-hard restaurant.

The pizza, antipasto and salads comprise the entire menu. It's simple but elegant in a setting at Heritage Square that makes it a true, one-of-a-kind experience and completely unique to Phoenix.

Renata’s Hearth
The legendary Arizona Biltmore Hotel’s new Latin restaurant offers a selection of flavorful and thoughtfully creative dishes in a modern yet warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The menu is inspired by smoke—which touches everything from the Instagram-worthy cocktails (try the Los Muertos!) to the charred shrimp cocktail and grilled king salmon. Hearty dishes like the wagyu New York steak with salsa verde, avocado, and red wine vinaigrette perfectly complement refreshing, summer-appropriate picks like the grilled Spanish watermelon salad.

STEAK 44

Steak 44 is a collection of intimate spaces with many dining rooms offering a variety of options tailored to our guests’ specific desires.
