Today we take a look at 2 more flavours of Boost Energy; Cola, and Rock Shandy. Rock Shandy is a mix of Orangeade and Lemonade.
These both contain 30mg caffeine per 100ml. The Rock Shandy is sugar free, but the Cola contains around 4.5g sugar per 100ml.
Don't worry about the background, I was just seeing what it was possible to do with it! I don't know how it'll ever be useful in the future, but who knows?! For anyone interested, I got the background videos for free from pexels.com.
