This is the foundation track.
It has a heart beat with the name of Allah being recited alongside whilst at the same time the Solfeggio tone of 528Hz is playing to heal you within.
This is the base foundation track. The other tracks will have other sounds playing. the aim is that you keep focussed on the zikr of Allah irrespective of the sounds being played. You are basically training your heart to ignore everything except Allah.
