We were really craving HOPR, but didn’t want to wait months on end for a reservation. We used the Open Table app to secure last minute reservations. You can use the set alert function on the days you’re looking to reserve and the app will notify you on cancellations. HOPR has frequent last minute cancellations late into the evening and sometimes earlier so if you’re alert and fast on mobile you might score a reservation.

Once you’re in, pick your choice of cut and make sure to save room for the best part. Each meal comes with bread, salad, 2 sides of your choice, and Yorkshire pudding.

Pro tip: if you finish the King Henry VIII cut, you can ask for an extra slice for free!
