Here are a couple of corrections from my P38 Dash Removal video. I was incorrect on having to remove the small dark trim around the glove compartment lock. This will come out while taking out the wood trim. Note here: the wood trim has to be removed to be able to take the passenger side airbag out. The second mistake was having to remove the two side vents on top of the dash that blow on the windshield. These do not need to be removed.
