Remembering without ceasing your work of faith, and labour of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and our Father;

INSPIRATION:
When is the last time you thanked someone in ministry for the work they are doing? Many pastors, laymen, and missionaries can feel unappreciated. They send out ministry updates, but often get no response. How might you be able to make them feel encouraged? Maybe you could tell them how you appreciate the work they do. You can make someone else's day and give them strength to continue just by acknowledging the hard work they do.
PRAYER:
Lord, help me to appreciate others more. Help me see the hard work they do, and teach me to show my appreciation. Teach me to say thank you even when it is not necessary to. Help me to strengthen Your workers in the faith so that they can continue to do Your work. I thank you for my pastor, for the missionaries I've met, and for individuals in the church doing your work. Keep them strong and feeling encouraged by myself and by others. In Jesus' name. Amen.
