OL KOPI / GANTH GOBI /KNOL KHOL/ KOHLRABI.
CUMIN SEEDS-1/2TSP
DRY RED CHILLIES-2NOS
BAY LEAF-1
GINGER PASTE-1TSP
TURMERIC POWDER-1/2TSP
KASH MIRI CHILLI POWDER-1/2TSP
CUMIN POWDER-1/2TSP
CORIANDER POWDER-1TSP
TOMATO -1MED
GREEN CHILLIES-2+4NOS
CORIANDER LEAVES
GARAM MASALA POWDER-1/2TSP
SALT TO TAST

PREPARATION
=============
1--Heat 2tsp oil in a kodai.
2--add potatoes & olkopi /kohlrabi with salt and turmaric powder & fry till light brown
3--Then temper with cumin seeds,dry chilli & bay leaf..
4--add turmaric,chilli powder,cumin powder, coriander powder & little water,saute for 2mins..
5--Now add tomato & green chilli paste,salt to tast & saute till oil separates from masalas..
6--Then add fried potatoes & olkopi /Ganth gobi,stir & coat well..
7--add 1cup of water, mix well,add 4slited green chillis & cover & cook for 10-12mins..
8--After 10mins add 1/2tsp of garam masala & Copped coriander leaves..
9--Cover & cook for 2-3mins,OLKOPIR DALNA is ready & serve..
