Thai Boat Noodles in Bangkok at Victory Monument (ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเรือ) 🇹🇭 Thailand Street Food
Have you heard of boat noodles? This is a popular Thai noodle dish, which used to be served to people visiting the floating markets. Typically, the noodles are served in small portions in deep bowls, so they would not spill while rocking in the boats.
These days you can have boat noodles at many different restaurants in Thailand. But I wanted to show you guys a fun place to try boat noodles when visiting Bangkok. That is why I made my way to Boat Noodle Alley. There are around 5 to 6 boat noodle restaurants lining the canal by the Victory Monument. The easiest way to get there is to take the BTS and get off at Victory Monument Station. From there it is a quick walk to Boat Noodle Alley.
As I mentioned, there are various restaurants you can choose to try your boat noodles, with all of them offering similar types of boat noodles. But we chose Baan Kuay Tiew Ruathong because of their Google reviews. They have over 2,000 reviews with a 4.4 star average rating. So, if you find yourself visiting Bangkok and want to try some boat noodles. Take a short trip to Boat Noodle Alley and enjoy.
