Installing and removing the Mulching Plug on the Ryobi Subaru Lawn Mower RLM4619SME

Installing the Plug
Ensure the mower has been turned off and the blades have completely stopped turning.
1. Lift up the rear flap of the mower
2. Insert the right side of the plug into the rear of the deck
3. Swing the rest of the plug into the left side of the deck
4. Push down so the plug locks into place.
(Note: no need to use catcher whilst plug is installed - no grass will come through to catcher so if the catcher is fitted you will be pushing around extra unnecessary weight).



To remove:
Ensure the Mower has been turned off and the blades have completely stopped turning.
1. Lift up the flap
2. Lift up the mulching plug by the handle
3. Swing the left side of the plug out followed by the right side.
(Note: use the catcher when the mulching plug has been removed).
