Former Botswana President, Festus Mogae, who is the chairman of Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission for South Sudan, has met displaced by the ongoing conflict in that country. The meeting in Malakal was aimed at helping the people explain the commission's role in bringing an end to South Sudan's conflict. This comes as the country awaits the naming of new cabinet that includes rebels allied to former Vice President Riek Machar.
