President Moon Jae-in is giving his farewell address on this.... his final day in office.
He's focusing on achievements made during the past five years... and sending a message of gratitude to the people.
In the morning, he paid respects at the National Cemetery and Korean independence fighters' cemeteries in Hyochang Park.
In the afternoon, President Moon will meet Singaporean President Halimah Yacob... and Chinese Vice President Wang Qishan ... who are visiting Seoul for President-elect Yoon Suk-yeol's inauguration on Tuesday.
Wang is likely to deliver a farewell message from Chinese President Xi Jinping.
Moon will leave the Blue House at 6PM, and spend a night in Seoul before heading to his private residence in the southeastern city of Yangsan ... after attending Yoon's inauguration ceremony.
