I have a Windows 10 Laptop. After some updates to VirtualBox, it sometimes messes up the performance of VMs. I ran into an issue with my Ubuntu VM. First it was running super slow to the point of freezing. Then it would not boot at all. So, after searching online and troubleshooting on my own, I finally found out how to make it work well.
