This 30 minute low impact cardio workout combined with strength exercises is great for getting in heart healthy exercises while also working on strength. Each cardio movement challenges the body with 45 seconds of heart pumping exercise followed by 15 seconds of rest. This workout will help to improve health and fitness in a safe, no jumping format. Ideally, have two sets of dumbbells available to get in the most benefits (a heavier and lighter set). We'll finish with a few minutes of stretching at the end.
