How to tempe mendoan :
- prepare ingredients such as flour, garlic, coriander, green onions, salt, and royco
- peel the mendoan tempe wrapper
- then slice the spring onions
- grind the garlic, salt and coriander
- pour the flour into a bowl and add the ground spices
- after that, pour in the water and stir until evenly mixed
- don't forget to add Royco flavoring
- add tempeh to the mixture
- then fry the tempeh when the oil is hot
- turn the tempeh over when it is slightly browned and if it is cooked, remove and drain
- tempeh is ready to be served
