Welcome back to my channel after over a year! This video was an absolute pain to make, but I think it was worth it. This is the lowest-spec machine that can run Windows 11. All of the demonstrations in the video, including the installation took over 10 hours to record over the span of an entire week, not even counting the failed attempts on many, many different platforms (total of about 20 hours over the span of two weeks). The final specs are:
Intel Celeron D 347 @3.06 GHz (Cedar Mill core 65nm)
NVIDIA GeForce FX 5500 (you can use a 5200 instead, but there's not much difference at all)
1 GB of DDR266 RAM (yes, techincally you can boot on 512 MB and less, but it'd be masochism combined with a mechanical hard drive)
40 GB IDE Samsung HDD (Mechanical, 5400 RPM)
Gigabyte GA-8i865GME-775-RH Motherboard

I've prepared a document with all the limitations and barriers as well as a full tutorial on how to install:

And I've also made these two charts with every single-core CPU and compatible motherboard:

Feel free to use all of that documentation if you want to try this yourself.
