This video shows how those meters responded to high-speed RF pulses. High-speed RF digital pulses are the main format of modern RF communication format, such as 5G cell phone signal. To detect those pulses, a fast response RF detector is needed. Otherwise, the meter may miss many RF signals and get lower or no readings on those RF signals.
