Ingredients:
• Heath Riles BBQ Simple Citrus Rub
• Kinder's Japanese BBQ Sauce
• The W Sauce
• Tomahawk Pork Chops from Kevin Green at The Butcher Shoppe in Pensacola, Florida (850) 458-8782, [ Ссылка ]
Directions:
1. Get your grill fired up to 400-420º and create a 2-zone fire.
2. Coat your pork chops in The W Sauce and season with Heath Riles BBQ Simple Citrus Rub.
3. Place pork chops on cool side of the grill for 15 minutes.
4. After 15 minutes, spin and slip your pork chops.
5. After 10 more minutes, check your pork chops with a meat thermometer. Our pork chops were hitting 130º internal, so we decided to sauce them with Kinder's Japanese BBQ Sauce.
6. Move pork chops to the hot zone of your fire. Flip and sear on both sides and then move back to the cool side. Glaze the pork chops again and close the grill lid.
7. Once your pork chops are hitting 145-150º, remove them from the grill and let them rest.
