Most people prefer using coconut oil because of its pleasant taste. Swish the oil around in your mouth for 10-20 minutes, then spit it into the trash can. Then, rinse your mouth out and floss, and brush your teeth like normal. You may find your teeth are feeling better after a few days 😁
