Step no 2 Gathiya
Chickpea flour 2 cups ( Besan )
Oil 1/2 cup ( warm )
water 1/2 cup
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Ajwain 1/4 TSP
salt 1/2 tsp


Step No: 3. Seviyan & Papdi
Besan 2 cups
ajwain 1/4 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
oil 2 tbsp
water as you required


Step No 4 Masala Nimko

Red chili powder 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
Tatri (Citric acid ) 1/2 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
