Russian Romantic composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky wrote his Album for the Young Op.39 in 1878, following Schumann's example (selections from Schumann's own Album for the Young may be found on this channel). The album contains 24 short piano pieces, the eighth being this one, "Waltz". It's a fun little thing in Eb major.
