I finally got this to work. When I changed my gearbox to a Vitz Turbo (C56) box, the shifter position changed slightly. I probably needed the original shifter mounts from the C154. I simply pulled right cable further into the cabin and this positioned the shifter exaclt how it should have been.

Here you can see the difference between the Cosmo Racing Shifter (Which was great) to the WK Motorsport shifter.

One of the best mods I have done along with the C56 LSD Box.
