Testing and comparing JK BMS screens connected to the new JK Inverter BMS. Problems identified... can they be fixed with software updates? or is it a hardware fault?

The battery used to power the screen is a BlueNova 13v LiFEPO4 battery by the company @bluenovaenergy8352 @bluenovaenergy8352I purchased this battery a while back and I'm fairly happy with it so far.
