INGREDIENTS:
500 gm green grapes
sugar to taste
1/4 tsp citric acid
1 lemon juice
1 pinch green food colour
METHOD:
1) Thoroughly wash and dry the grapes.
2) Add them to a mixer jar. Add sugar to it. Grind them into a mixer to a juice consistency.
3) Strain the juice using a strainer.
4) Take a deep bottomed pan & cook the juice on a medium flame till it thickens.
5) Stir it continuously. Once it thickens a bit, add citric acid, lemon juice & green food colour.
6) As it thickens more, put a drop of it on a plate and tilt it. If the drop remains at its position and doesn't fall down, it means the jam is almost ready.
7) As it cools down, it will thicken more.
8) Store in an airtight container.
