1 C milk + 1 Tablespoon of vinegar
1 egg
3 T butter (salted)
vanilla (optional)
1 3/4 C - 2C flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder + 1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 C sugar
Syrup
