Today's at home workout is an intense upper body & core strengthening series. We will use furniture sliders as our prop for today. You can pick these up at any superstore around you or even order them online for pretty cheap. Also, if you don't have sliders, paper plates will be a great alternative. If you're on a hardwood surface, you can always use old towels or rags for this series. Now, let's sculpt & chisel together!
