This is how I replaced the Tire Pressure Monitor Sensors (TPMS) on my vehicle. I got the 4 sensors online for a little more than the cost of one sensor from the garage where I bought my new tires (I got a good price for the tires). Besides the cost of the sensors the garage also wanted to charge for calibration of the new sensors which they wanted to sell me. I estimate that I saved a few hundred dollars by changing the sensors myself. I knew that one of my sensors wasn't working and I needed new tires so I changed all of the sensors before they installed to new tires.
