In this video, I will show you the five easy steps on how to start your grindal worm cultures as a source of unlimited live food for your fish.

Step 1: Purchase a Grindal Worm Starter Culture
Step 2: Harvest the worms and rinse with aquarium water.
Step 3: Prepare a covered container and substrate (coco peat) for the worms.
Step 4: Soak the fish food in aquarium water
Step 5: Place the fish food at the center of the container and place the worms on top of the fish food.
